A FULL COPY OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

DELIVERY - We aim to despatch our order on the same day as you place it. You can help us by placing your order before 3pm

CARRIAGE - If your order happens to be under £100, you are liable to be charged for carriage. Pallet delivery is chargeable depending on how quick you need your order and how heavy the pallet is. We'll tell you as it happens - a list of our current rates is available at any time.

AVAILABILITY - We keep good stocks of all regular items but sometimes, everything happens together and we may not have enough to send you. Sorry. Its subject to availability.

PRICE - Apart from any glaring errors we missed, prices are correct at time of publishing. Unfortunately, some prices do change from time to time and we may have to make unexpected adjustments. We promise to warn you as long before as possible.

VAT - In accordance with government recommendation, VAT is charged extra on all listed prices where applicable.

SPECIFICATION - Because we are constantly updating and improving our product range, the particular details of listed and advertised items may vary slightly.

SHORTAGES - Please advise any shortages within 72 hours.

RETURN OF GOODS - We understand that you may wish to return goods, to cover handling we may have to charge 15% of the original amount.

PAYMENT - Payment is required in full by credit / debit card prior to despatch of goods.

INDEMNITY - We guarantee against any material manufacture defect. Whilst we endeavour to ensure advice, specifications, recommendations and information given is correct, we cannot have control over how our products are applied and will not accept liability, directly or indirectly, arising from application of our materials. Any advice, recommendation or information given by Hi-Way Services Ltd is based on practical experience and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication, no liability or resonsibility of any kind is accepted in this respect by us, our servants or agents.
